But what happened today in Malcom’s Park was one of these Beach Soccer episodes one can hardly forget. El Salvador seized the last of the tickets to Tahiti after a breathtaking last minutes of the game and a dramatic penalty kick shootout, thus dethroning defending kings Mexico. Jorge Rodríguez opened the score for Azteca ahead 8 minutes into first half, and the Cuscatleco had to wait until the second period to balance things.
